Job Description
: We have an offer for you!
We are looking for a person with the profile of a Second Section Manager for our store in Tarragona to expand our team.
What would your duties be?
- You will collaborate with your manager in planning and executing the daily tasks of the section.
- You will ensure that products are correctly placed, labeled, and available to customers.
- You will support the team in customer service, resolving issues, and advising on store products.
- You will supervise the team in the section alongside your manager.
- You will monitor stock rotation and assist with inventories.
- You will collaborate in training new employees and implementing sales campaigns.
- You will ensure compliance with the rules of order, cleanliness, and safety in the section. Safety is very important to us!
- You will participate in sales analysis and suggest improvements or changes to the assortment or display.
- You will be the liaison between the section team and the manager.
